The most important aspect of the Natural Law Party in Michigan (NLPMI) is that we insist that all political decisions consider what is best for the community. No decision can be skewed because one side of the issue is offering something to the decision makers that benefit them. This is the only way communities can exist. And the NLPMI is all about community.
Because we are all about community, we expect all NLPMI members to work for the benefit of their community to the best of their ability. This work can be done in a number of ways, e.g. your religious organization, social club or just doing your best for your family. It is important that while participating in community activities within your group you and your group keep the welfare of the larger community in mind.
All candidates must pledge that their only political concern is to work for the benefit of the community as a whole.
